Inauguration of Space Intimate Architects & Builders at Tirur
We are delighted to share a proud milestone in our journey. Space Intimate Architects & Builders, our new joint venture with Thuluthiyil Builders, was officially inaugurated on December 26th, 2025, at Tirur.
The inauguration ceremony was graciously led by Sri. K. R. Balan, Chairman of the K. R. Group of Companies, whose presence and encouragement added great significance to the occasion.
This collaboration brings together shared values, collective experience, and a common vision—to create thoughtful, enduring, and well-crafted built environments. The launch marks an exciting new chapter as we expand our design and construction capabilities under one integrated platform.
